Precision CNC Machining

Custom CNC Machining Services

Tight-Tolerance Milled, Turned, and Drilled Metal Parts

Our CNC machining service delivers high-precision metal components with excellent surface quality and dimensional accuracy. Using advanced CNC equipment and experienced technicians, we manufacture complex parts for demanding industrial applications.

Service Overview

What Is CNC Machining?

CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining uses programmed cutting tools to remove material from metal stock. It includes milling, turning, drilling, tapping, threading, and boring. CNC machining is ideal for parts with complex geometries, tight tolerances, and excellent surface finishes.

We support both prototype runs and large-volume production. Multi-axis machining capabilities allow us to produce features that would otherwise require multiple setups.

Quality Control

Quality Control for CNC Machined Parts

Six inspection checkpoints run through every order — from raw material verification to the final inspection report — so each part arrives exactly to drawing.

Step 01

Material Verification

Raw material is verified against drawing specifications — grade, condition, and certificates — before machining starts.
Step 01
Step 02

First-Off Inspection

The first part off the machine is fully checked and signed off before the production run continues.
Step 02
Step 03

In-Process Checks

Critical dimensions are checked during machining with calipers, micrometers, and gauges at every key operation.
Step 03
Step 04

CMM Inspection

Critical dimensions and complex geometries are verified on a coordinate measuring machine against your 3D model.
Step 04
Step 05

Surface Roughness Measurement

Surface finish is measured when required, confirming Ra values against the specification on your drawing.

Step 05
Step 06

Final Inspection Report

A full inspection report is compiled and available on request — dimensions, finishes, and results documented per order.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What file formats do you accept?
STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF and PDF drawings. 3D models with 2D tolerance callouts give the fastest, most accurate quotation.
Can you achieve ±0.005 mm tolerances?
Yes — high-precision features down to ±0.005 mm are achievable after engineering review, with CMM verification reports available.
What is the typical lead time?
Prototypes in 5–7 days; production runs typically 10–25 days depending on complexity, quantity and finishing.
