High-Precision Metal Cutting

Custom Laser Cutting Services

Fast, Accurate, and Clean Metal Cutting for Complex Shapes

Our fiber laser cutting service delivers clean edges, tight tolerances, and efficient material usage. It is ideal for sheet metal parts, panels, brackets, and decorative profiles across stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, and galvanized materials.

Service Overview

What Is Fiber Laser Cutting?

Fiber laser cutting uses a high-power laser beam focused onto the metal surface to melt, burn, or vaporize material along a programmed path. An assist gas (oxygen, nitrogen, or air) blows molten material away, producing a clean cut edge with minimal burr.
Compared to traditional cutting, fiber laser cutting offers faster speeds, higher accuracy, lower material waste, and the ability to cut complex contours without tooling.

Quality Control

Quality Control for Laser Cutting

Five checkpoints run from program verification to in-run sampling — every sheet comes off the cutting bed clean, accurate, and ready for bending or welding.
Step 01

Program Verification

Cutting programs are verified against your drawing before the first cut — geometry, lead-ins, and kerf compensation checked on screen.

Step 01
Step 02

Material Thickness Verification

Sheet grade and thickness are verified against the job before loading — cutting parameters are set accordingly.

Step 02
Step 03

First-Piece Inspection

The first part off the bed is measured and inspected before the rest of the run is released to production.

Step 03
Step 04

Edge Quality & Burr Inspection

Cut edges are checked for burr and roughness — most parts go straight to bending or finishing without secondary deburring.

Step 04
Step 05

Dimensional Sampling During Run

Dimensions are sampled throughout the run, so long nests and repeat orders stay within tolerance from first part to last.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the maximum thickness you can cut?
Carbon steel up to 25 mm, stainless steel up to 15 mm, aluminum up to 10 mm — send your drawing for a free capability check.
What tolerances does laser cutting hold?
Typical positional accuracy is ±0.1 mm; ±0.05 mm is achievable on request for critical features.
Which file formats do you accept?

DXF and DWG are preferred for cutting; STEP and PDF are also accepted.

How clean are the cut edges?
Fiber laser cutting produces smooth edges with minimal burr — most parts go straight to bending or finishing without secondary deburring.
